Another day, another reason to tip your cap to the most excellent Keanu Reeves.

Whether he’s offering a thoughtful insight on bereavement, or joining in on a road trip with complete strangers (and providing the soundtrack), he’s just a thoroughly good egg.

Now, thanks to one eagle-eyed observer, he’s being lauded with praise for his respectful approach to meeting female fans. And Dolly Parton.

In a collection of pictures snapped and posted online, it appears that whenever approached, Mr Reeves doesn’t take this is a green light for ‘busy hands’.

Rather, in every snap, he’s noticeably keeping his hands to himself.

The tweet, noting ‘Lol Keanu ain’t taking no chances’ (which is a bit on the nose, mind you), has now gone massively viral, with nearly 400,000 likes adorning it.

The Speed star has been roundly called ‘a respectful king’.

Reeves has been doing the rounds promoting his latest movie John Wick: Chapter 3 in recent weeks, and was given a rapturous response at the annual E3 electronics show in LA yesterday.

He’s set to voice one of the main characters in the new game Cyberpunk 2077, and made an unannounced appearance on stage during an Xbox event to let fans know.

The audience – and, once again, the internet – went wild, one crowd member screaming ‘you’re breathtaking’ during his announcement.

“I was talking to him before he went out and I was trying to explain that this isn’t going to be like another corporate gig,” Xbox head Phil Spencer told Variety.

“I said, ‘You’re going to go out there and the fans are going to go crazy.’ And he’s like, ‘Oh, that’s cool.’

“I think he was kind of blown away by the response. And I loved how we just wallowed in it. and then when he came back off he was just like, ‘wow.’

“They were so nice to him and everything, he was really blown away, which I thought was cool.”
