Even when it was first launched in 2016, it was clear that Bulgari’s Diva Dreams collection would become an enduring icon for the house.

Inspired by powerful and extraordinary women, this contemporary collection of stunning jewels showcases the maison’s most distinctive codes – from artful and exquisite craftsmanship to vibrant colour variants and design details inspired by la dolce vita.

The collection’s newest pieces are still faithful to its original feminine design and Roman inspiration, but have been reinterpreted through a fresh lens. Bulgari has taken a fan motif and created striking interpretations that speak to the modern woman. These are accented by precious gemstones in the maison’s signature vibrant colour combinations – the result is a joyful yet refined range.

One of the main highlights is a contemporary necklace and earring set made from 18-karat rose gold and inspired by ancient floral decorative motifs frequently found in Mediterranean cultures. The timeless piece echoes the maison’s art deco heritage creations of the 1920s – which were known for their stunning floral patterns – and is embellished with mother-of-pearl petals set against a backdrop of brilliant pavé diamonds and rubellites, to create an enchanting combination of colour, light and texture.

Ideal for multiple occasions, the necklace is extremely versatile and functional. It can be worn in two lengths – clasped around the neck or long across the décolleté. Its chain can be detached and worn separately as a delicate bracelet.

The collection also welcomes three new necklace styles that showcase the versatile appeal of this maison’s signature motif, as well as its ample imagination and artisanal mastery of coloured gemstones.

Playful and modern, the fan motif is rendered in a gracefully minimalist openwork design which is then embellished with pavé diamonds. It is finished with a colourful drop-shaped precious stone that makes a fashionable statement. Wearers can choose between a tanzanite, green tourmaline or rubellite set at the heart of the pendant’s frame.

Made in a slightly smaller size than the existing version, the necklace invites the wearer to play with multiple shapes and imaginative styling tricks by mixing, matching and layering the jewellery pieces to suit their own style.

To celebrate the launch, Bulgari has released a stunning new campaign starring brand ambassador and Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway, who brings a new energy and natural grace to the images shot by fashion photographer David Sims. The star is captured exploring the endless possibilities behind everyday wonders, reminding the audience that life is a journey of continuous discovery.
