Rumi and Sir, the 6-year-old twins of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, are revealed by Tina Knowles in a rare interview.

Tina Knowles is sharing a rare update on daughter Beyoncé’s twins.

While attending the Kentucky Derby over the weekend, Knowles spoke with E! News about her grandkids Sir and Rumi, 6, sharing that she believes the twins have already found their true passions.

“Rumi is amazing — an amazing artist, painter and creator,” Knowles told the outlet. “How could they be anything else growing up in that environment? All we talk about is creativity and fashion.”

Although she says Sir is more reserved than his sisters Rumi and Blue Ivy, 12, Knowles described him as “very, very smart.”

“Sir is very quiet,” she added, noting that he “does all of the numbers stuff, so he’s not into fashion as much.”

Last month, Rumi broke a musical record previously held by her sister Blue Ivy, becoming the youngest woman to chart on the Billboard Hot 100. Rumi can be heard on her mom’s track “Protector” off her new album Cowboy Carter.

In the song, Rumi asks Beyoncé, “Mom, can I hear the lullaby, please?” before the singer begins the first verse.

Blue Ivy previously held the title when featured on Beyoncé’s song “Brown Skinned Girl,” singing on the Lion King track at just 7 years old.

In February, JAY-Z was seen attending the 2024 Super Bowl with his two daughters

The proud dad stood on the field with the two girls, chatting with Blue Ivy in one photo while her younger sister stared at the field. In another photo, JAY-Z was photographed capturing Blue Ivy on the field, jumping for joy — while Rumi stood beside watching her big sister.

The rapper and Rumi rocked black leather jackets, while Blue Ivy was seen wearing a classic letterman jacket.

Last year, Rumi attended Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour in Paris, where she watched her sister dominate the stage during two songs of their mother’s set.

A fan account shared a video on X (formerly Twitter) of Rumi sitting with friends and family at the Stade de France as she cheered on her sibling, even holding up a sign that read “We Love You Blue!” at one point during the show.
