Her three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot residence feels slightly overwhelming due to the presence of staff, a second 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, a new𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧, and an omnipresent entourage.

Nick Molnar, a billionaire and co-founder of Afterpay, a digital company, sold the property after initially requesting $28 million. However, because the purchаse was completed on March 31, just one day before the new tax went into effect, Rihanna likely leveraged L.A.’s mansion tax to negotiate a sizable decrease. If the purchаse had been finalized in April, Molnar would have owed an additional $1.1 million in taxes.

Upon disembarking the private elevator and entering the entrance gallery of the condominium, guests are immediately mesmerized by the curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that illuminates the living area and provides breathtaking views of the metropolitan skyline.
