Brady won six Super Bowl rings with the franchise in a pair of decades
Retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady left the New England Patriots for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 and is now set to return to Gilette Stadium on Sunday for the team’s season opener and a special celebration just for him.
Patriots owner Robert Kraft recently revealed Brady will be accompanied by 20 members of his family as the New England faithful celebrate him. He won six Super Bowl rings with the franchise in a pair of decades.
“I talked to him very recently and he’s really excited,” Kraft said. “I’m excited because our fans never really got a chance to say goodbye in a proper way. We’re going to do something special and unique with him.”
Brady, 46, left the franchise with an uncertain future ahead and ever since then, his lifehas changed drastically. He won another Super Bowl, divorced longtime supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen and started dating someone else.
The “GOAT” is also starting his new career as a broadcaster for FOX, all while investing in several professional sports teams.
Tom Brady’s busy offseason
Brady, who retired, then unretired and finally called it quits for good at the end of last season, has had a busy offseason.
Obviously, for him it’s no longer called “offseason,” but he has nevertheless remained active via several investments.
